4est Fest was created in honor of those whose stories continue to inspire growth, connection, and resilience. What began as a personal tribute has grown into a community effort — a space where we acknowledge grief, celebrate creativity, and support one another through shared experience.

Meet Our Team

Skylar Ankrom (Co-Founder)

Skylar Ankrom helped found 4est Fest and led it from an idea to a fully established nonprofit, building its brand, website, and community presence. Combining her creative background with strong organizational leadership, she guides the festival’s vision, operations, and ongoing growth.

Stephanie Ankrom (Co-founder)

As co-founder of 4est Fest, Stephaine Ankrom helped shape the organization’s vision, identity, and community mission from the very beginning. Drawing on the resilience and problem-solving skills she developed as a single mother, she brings clarity, creativity, and steady leadership to the festival’s growth and direction.

Zane Ankrom (Operations Manager)

Zane Ankrom is the Operations Manager of 4est Fest, where he applies his background in management, customer relations, and practical problem-solving to keep the festival running smoothly. With strengths in communication, organization, and administrative support, he helps coordinate logistics, vendor needs, and guest experience with reliability and professionalism.

Sharon Shiffert (Director of Creative Merchandising)

Sharon Shiffert is a creative of 4est Fest, where she leads the festival’s handmade and merchandise operations with her longtime experience in quilting, crafting, cooking, and creative making.
